Founder and CEO
A lifelong learner and entrepreneur, Leslie has started numerous businesses in her 25 year career: Leslie Jones Coaching, Jones Associates, Let’s Go Live, the InnerActive Institute, and SpiralMethod. All of Leslie’s businesses are based on a blend of interactive community practices that lead to personal transformation and sustainable systemic change. Leslie’s mission has always been to transform how we live and work together in community. She is thrilled to be sharing SpiralMethod with the world as part of the revolution she’s dreamt of her entire life.
VP of Facilitator Training
A natural-born facilitator of connection with self, others, and spirit, Bill discovered his life’s work in 2018 when he founded GoodCinema, a platform for community insight, connection, and action through interactive film and discussion experiences.
Now a SpiralMethod leader, facilitator, coach, and trainer, Bill is bringing his human connection magic to groups and individuals through transformational experiences that cultivate awareness, trust, and heart-centered leadership.
Martin W. "Doc" Kettelhut, PhD
Director of Facilitator Development
Dr. Kettelhut has coached groups and corporate teams, as well as individual entrepreneurs and executives, since 1997. Alongside his private coaching practice, Listening Is The Key, Doc continues his 20+ year affiliation with Leslie Jones, now in her capacity as the originator of the SpiralMethod. He maintains that health and meditation are crucial factors in producing these results. “Doc” is an avid swimmer, classical pianist, and counts among his highest achievements summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in August of 2000.
Jo Ann Hair
A Transformation and Strategic Change Leader, Jo Ann helps Fortune 1000, Non-profit and global leaders to transform - performance, people, and impact. Jo Ann is a behavioral psychologist and economist specializing in the art, science and technology of behavior & culture change in global organizations like PepsiCo, the WK Kellogg Foundation, and Danone NA. Jo Ann has been consulting for 20 years; she previously held positions as a former UNDP Assistant Resident Representative, Adjunct Professor of Sustainable International Development, Director of Strategic Planning & Evaluation, NYC's Mayor's Office. Based in Boulder, CO, USA, she has lived & worked in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean and worked in a dozen countries.
Her current focus is on nurturing Human-Centered Organizations through the Future of Work, Aligning with Purpose, Creating Human Connection in a Hyper-Connected, Digital World, and Inclusive Culture for Equity and Diversity.
Ashley has called Colorado home since 1984 when she moved here to attend the University of Colorado. Ashley is an entrepreneur and self-starter. She has worked in several industries over her career from large corporations to small family owned business. One of her most recent careers was co-owner of a successful restaurant with her brother. Ashley is an avid skier, enjoys hiking, golf, reading and cooking. One of her passions is music, both creating it and listening to it.
