ABOUT THE SPIRAL CULTURE LAUNCH PROGRAM

SpiralMethod’s proprietary program is the product of over 25 years of in-field research and has been developed with one goal in mind—to create meaningful, positive growth in teams and cultures resulting in healthy, prosperous companies.

Participants learn simple, timeless, high-impact practices in a small group setting led by an expert SpiralMethod facilitator. With every session, each concept, skill, and level of awareness builds on the last one to create transformational change and deep, authentic community.


PROGRAM OVERVIEW

• Delivered and overseen by SpiralMethod Executive Coaching Team
• Six, 2-hour customized sessions delivered over three months
• Pre- and post-program culture assessment, feedback, and recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

• CEO and President drive results through people; truly care about their people and company culture
• CEO and President must be willing to actively participate in the program
• CEO and President plus their leadership team members engage in one-on-one pre-program interviews
• All participants fill out a pre and post SpiralMethod Survey

  • SpiralMethod facilitator training for two (included) or more of your company’s internal leadership team members delivered bi-annually via a 2 day zoom training
  • One year of post-program self-paced learning – access to the online training platform
  • ADD ON available – Two group coaching calls per month for Spiral-Certified leaders to receive customized, ongoing coaching and training as they implement and deepen Spiral in the Culture
