Leslie Jones - CEO and Founder

A lifelong learner and entrepreneur, Leslie has started numerous businesses in her 25 year career: Leslie Jones Coaching, Jones Associates, Let’s Go Live, the InnerActive Institute, and SpiralMethod.  All of Leslie’s businesses are based on a blend of interactive community practices that lead to personal transformation and sustainable systemic change. Leslie’s mission has always been to transform how we live and work together in community. She is thrilled to be sharing SpiralMethod with the world as part of the revolution she’s dreamt of her entire life.

Costen Aytes - Chief Community Organizer

Costen is an experienced team leader with a demonstrated history of facilitation in community oriented environments. His skill sets shine when engaging in the SpiralMethod, Group and Relationship Dynamics, Corporate and Nonprofit Organizations, Mindfulness, and Sustainability. Costen’s career has spanned many iterations, form solo entrepreneur to leadership roles in academia, government agencies and the private sector. What inspires him the most is creating positive change through group wisdom in action.

Tawney Pierce - Program Director

Over several decades of sales, marketing, and management experience spanning technology, retail, and real estate, Tawney witnessed the effects of people feeling profoundly disconnected from themselves and others, both in the workplace and in their personal lives.  Her desire to bring healing through connection and alignment, led her to Life Coaching and Group Facilitation in 2017. She has a heart for impacting communities through education and transformative programs like SpiralMethod

Martin W. Kettelhut, PhD - Advisor

Dr. Kettelhut has coached groups and corporate teams, as well as individual entrepreneurs and executives, since 1997. Alongside his private coaching practice (ListeningIsTheKey), Doc continues his 20+ year affiliation with Leslie Jones, now in her capacity as the originator of the SpiralMethod. He maintains that health and meditation are crucial factors in producing these results. “Doc” is an avid swimmer, classical pianist, and counts among his highest achievements summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in August of 2000.
